Health

Good health has many factors. Three of which are nutrition, schedule, and exercise.

Germ Theory vs. Terrain Theory (Immunity) vs. Fear

Germ Theory, in medicine, the theory that certain diseases are caused by the invasion of the body by microorganisms, organisms too small to be seen except through a microscope. The French chemist and microbiologist Louis Pasteur, the English surgeon Joseph Lister, and the German physician Robert Koch are given much of the credit for development and acceptance of germ theory. This is the theory that the pharmaceutical companies use as their foundation and their solution is a drug that causes another reaction that requires another drug.

The problem with the germ theory is that our gut is full of all kinds of germs, viruses, and infections all the time and our immune system is fighting them off. I once asked a mortician where the worms come from after we die that eat us up. He said they are already in you.

The Terrain Theory Behcamp’s Terrain Theory considers the health status and internal environment of the individual from which a virus or germs come in contact. Bechamp stresses that the condition of the human body plays a more important role in wellness and disease than the germs that infect it. This is the foundation of natural physicians and many chiropractors. The solution is vitamins and minerals to keep your immune system strong such as vitamin C, D, Zinc, and Turmeric.

December 2020, I went to my MD, that practices using Terrain Theory, for blood work because I wanted to know what was happening in my body. The doctor read me the chart from a complete blood work up when it came in and commented that there was nothing wrong with me. Prior to that it was four and a half years since I had been to the doctor. We need to learn to take care of ourselves with proper nutrition and exercise.

Fear weakens our immunities and allows the germs to win the battle.

Seven stresses related to the bodily systems

  1. Anger Cardiovascular system
  2. Guilt Nervous system
  3. Lust Endocrine system
  4. Bitterness Digestive system
  5. Greed Immune system
  6. Fear Respiratory system
  7. Envy musculoskeletal system

In 1967 I was loading mostly 500 lbs. bombs on A-6A’s 12 hours a day, 7 days a week in Vietnam. Back at the hooch in the evening I had a weight room I made using 1” bar and bomb tips welded on. I could bench press 495 lbs. why not 500, well that was all the weight we had.

During the Tet offensive in 1968 my right wrist was fractured, and I went through the proverbial furniture disease. That is when your chest falls into your drawers. On top of that I went to helicopters where the heaviest thing I handled was an M-60.

Having been in business I have found that Mr. Muscle Beach is good for show only. They cannot work well. At Parris Island they developed the whole-body using aerobics, running, and rifle exercises.
